FAQ

Who created this simulator?
This simulator was created by John Tan Chong Min to explore AI in games. Join the discussion at our discord group here.
What is the ultimate goal?
Build your bankroll to 1,000,000,000 chips.
How do I join a room?
From the lobby, click any table name. Inside the room, choose a seat and set your buy-in, or select View Table to watch.
How do I earn chips?
Win pots at the table. You can also use the bankroll top-up in the lobby to return to 200 chips when eligible (cooldown applies), plus collect daily log-in bonuses.
What is "I'm Feeling Lucky" and when can I use it?
It boosts your card luck. It is available at any ring game table when your total chips (bankroll + table stack + current committed bet) are at or below 2,000, and when you are the only human player at the table. You must be seated to activate it.
How are AI players configured?
AI levels are Basic, Intermediate, Expert, Pro, and Superstar. Higher-stakes tables allow only stronger AI levels. 100K/200K and above is Superstar-only.
How do AI players make decisions?
AI players evaluate hand strength and pot odds each action using simulation-based equity estimates. Stronger levels run more simulations and use tighter logic with less randomness: Basic (~2,800 sims), Intermediate (~4,200), Expert (~6,500), Pro (~9,000), and Superstar (~12,500). Higher levels also balance value betting, bluffs, and check-raise lines more effectively.
